On paper the biggest fixture looked to be Chelsea's visit to Liverpool. The Blues' 2-0 victory at Anfield last season ended Liverpool's 11-match winning streak and spelled the beginning of the end for the Reds' title hopes. So far this season it has been the London side who have looked the more likely champions but there is still a long way to go. Other fixtures included Manchester United hosting Crystal Palace at Old Trafford, last season's champions Manchester City visiting QPR and Burnley and Hull meeting at Turf Moor.
