有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?www.tvboxnow.com- V" I2 Q! n5 w& w& f! s
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 c/ K' U: [/ I1 }. ~. s" g

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.www.tvboxnow.com& m+ L' g/ a' k# K" g" U
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth. X4 s- e! V: |" P- C; m
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.3 Y4 E2 Y+ G, P& w+ d
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇0 D* W; @! b( v; U: o
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. : W/ e2 a: R9 b+ [1 X
0 [2 m+ e+ M( t/ d
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
