今天在電台節目中,聽到烹飪老師說; 3 {' ~' ] H& }7 ~$ \) y. V公仔箱論壇炒蛋或蒸蛋時,不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽,因為鹽與蛋中乳酸菌結合會產生『氯』,有毒, 7 r& A# z! r+ D2 u7 Z2 e所以.....蒸蛋就只要加醬油,若加鹽蒸蛋會有一點綠綠ㄉ顏色,& S8 P B7 x+ ?( o
(沒錯,我蒸蛋時有發現!)那就是化學變化產生氯...tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. V& i) j5 @- r
