BOOT機次序錯誤
開機先進入BIOS, 確定first boot device 是cd-rom, 然後放入WINDOWS光碟, 重開機
不用重新安裝WINDOWS, 選擇修復電腦

If you have multiple hard drives installed on the PC and the OS is only installed on one of the hard drives, chances are your hard drive boot sequence could have been incorrectly set in BIOS.
Make sure the Bios boot drive is pointing to the hard drive having the OS installed.
