U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is KB/s then it is decent. TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。4 y/ o9 i( H! K9 p' w# d8 K# I

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.公仔箱論壇$ ~+ u' {: V0 }' F  x  Y

$ p  _# I5 Y- G( n" d& @% jHowever, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
