I downloaded a movie using Bitcommit. When I use Real Player to open the file, it says it has been removed. But I did not remove the file. It is there, but I can't open it. I copied the file and saved it to another driver, it plays. Do you know why? I tried both version, Real Player 10 and 11. I even tried VLC and it did not work. Please advise.

No idea. VLC cannot play real files.
You may like to try one of Real's clone such as Media player. Go to the web and type real clone and you should be able to find.

many good RM players now.Real player is abit heavy.

try smplayer for windows,can run rmvb,avi,divx,wmv&flv files........

I tried all source of players and it doesn't work. I wonder if this has to do with Window Vista. Could it be the computer and not the player? I was able to copy the file to a flash drive and play it, No problem, I just have problem playing the original file on the desk top.
