概要
富野浩充是漫畫的「醫療原案」，即是為漫畫提供醫藥方面的意見。例如在第1集中，為展現藥劑師如何幫助患者，富野向編輯提議了幾個例子，最後採用了吸菸和茶鹼之間會發生藥物相互作用，因而需要調整劑量的例子。另外，在第1集中，機器人說的台詞也是他想的。
2019年10月17日至23日期間，厚生勞動省舉辦「藥和健康週」（薬と健康の週間）活動，採用了《默默奉獻的灰姑娘》作為海報插圖。
