Nobody wants pretty shoes that hurt after ten minutes of walking. Clear product descriptions save time and reduce the chance of disappointment. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful. In the past I have wasted money on items that looked good in photos but felt cheap in real life. I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly.
