Sometimes typhoon does killed many people in Taiwan. There's one right now, may issued the land warning at 8pm....Typhoon will caused flood and landslide.....

Days after experiencing their biggest earthquake in 70 years, seven states in the region, including New York, have declared a state of emergency to allow urgent access to rescue resources.
