1. 游水优点 ... Impact low ... Swimming is one of the Best Fat Burning Exercises!  
Tone up a flabby stomach ... butterfly style is the best for toning up but need to monitor diet ... one week few times ... apx  _?_ minutes ...  
2. 泰拳眼容易受伤 ... you do counter check ...  ( said pressure ... strength ... injuries, fls heard already a bit  ) 
3. Gym ... for certain type of people ... 
i) Cardiovascular workout : 45 minutes
