Clichy voices France yearning
full-back Gael Clichy has admitted that he is desperate for a call-up to the French national side.
Clichy has represented his country at Under 21 level but has yet to be called upon to represent France on the senior stage.
In February he was given a glimmer of hope when he was provisionally selected for the France squad, but ultimately he was not called upon for the final selection. |
