BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ q7 l+ c6 ^( Q
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?www.tvboxnow.com4 J v* E/ f* K6 C# E' W9 d

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: E$ B6 ^" S& Y6 g5 S' f9 R% ^1 A
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇- V/ X" @% E; e" b7 \- i
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.4 U0 Q1 V7 A* n f
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.* T# w/ b% @( E2 N# y$ Q
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. www.tvboxnow.com3 D) a2 \5 b: m3 X
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& v% Y! q$ g# G1 Q0 w" w
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
