BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
' \2 E+ E! s" D8 |tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.www.tvboxnow.com( `2 q! C2 [4 I0 }4 R$ S) s
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
; y0 S  k. o* n: Ntvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
$ P0 U! }2 k$ w* K2 e: k; h3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got., ^8 L1 \& o* |7 ~  v' e8 n" Q
4) The version , you have is not good.
3 W7 f$ a8 L- {+ Y" ~2 [1 SUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
8 D# g+ u/ p4 ^3 w# H: Wtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
4 g1 v4 Y  J, j7 i1 e: `www.tvboxnow.comtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- B- D7 H- T. Q6 ?$ C, I5 I" q( L
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
