BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
! c  m9 x6 @  B1 O. v1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
* |" c1 m5 X( c/ |4 O公仔箱論壇2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
2 q# Z- @/ ~: A( ctvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.' z! ]1 n% x! u6 z
4) The version , you have is not good.+ f  z  ~6 L  K: s; y; K
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
. E$ R' p  f( }: z' n& V3 Ytvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5 \9 K' b# T, F, |' e, n
7 ^, y' I5 g0 Q3 r/ o6 \  G% L
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
