USB傳送速度變慢的原因

想請問USB傳送速度變慢的原因?
插flash drive,ext hdd,相機,過野都好慢..&有呢個msg彈出黎"如果你將這個USB裝置連線到高速USB2.0連接埠...etc"
以前都冇呢個問題
用緊xp sp2,底板/機箱前置usb個個位都試哂都係咁,
試過用usb分插都係..help & thanks

Sorry to answer this in English. I am at work now and all our computers can't type Chinese.

You can try to transfer some file to your flash drive,
If the transfer rate is around 880-1200 KB/s
that would put it around usb 1.1 speeds

a few ideas below:
1. do you have the right drivers installed for your usb ports
2. do you have more than than 2 usb ports, my pc has 2x 1.1 and 2x 2.0 ports
3. do you have any other usb 2.0 devices that work at top speed.
4. are you sure you have usb 2.0 ports **(I think this one maybe the problem)**
5. maybe you have a driver conflict, have you tried reinstalling the drivers.

I will try to put this in to Chinese later when I get home from work.
