most of the smell of a newly renovated house is chemical fume. The only way to dissipate them is toeair the house. You can hide the smell but cannot get rid of the fume.

Most of the smell is chemical fume. Unless your air cleaner has some very serious active charcoal filter. I doubt it would work. Your best bet is to increase ventilation of your house to get rid of the fumes.
