2. Go to the folder for the incomplete files( o( S4 D9 ~, i# l8 N1 z/ g  T
3. Go TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW, u will see Files and Folders, check/tick "Show
3 j6 J  i" f: ~+ c    hidden files and folders", unchecked/unticked "Hide extensions for known file
