| It looks like the interface card of the external harddisk is still functioning. Well, at this stage, the connection plugs (data and power) inside the external harddisk may be loosen. Just open the case and check if it is so then reattaching the plug. Secondly, you may try to get a new external drive case (around HK$100-150) to test if your harddisk still working. Finally, you may take it to repair center if it is still under warranty. |
