[問題] IS 300 - Idle Control System Malfunction

最近架IS 300 o既engine燈 + TCS燈 + VSC燈著o左。
Reset ECU後會熄，但用幾日又會著過。
用電腦check過 fault code 係P0505 - Idle Control System Malfunction。
其實架車idle時轉速有少少唔穩定
亦試過凍車難tat車
車房建議洗天風試下先
想問下其實有無需要洗埋IAC valve同MAF sensor
另外車房洗天風收$450 OK 唔 OK 呢?
