i would like to give up gamble coz i have lost more than £16000 last year(i am woring in england and i earn £360 per week,and four mouths has one more week and xmas has one more week pay,so (52+3+1)x360=£20160)i cant saved any money on last year!!that why i dont know what the point i came here for and i really miss my family.........

Do something stupid in casino like start a fight or tell the dealer to fxxk off to make them ban you.

What you should know is forget about the money you already lost. Think about it, you know, I know, you can't win back, get over it.

Second thing is, you have to stay away from you gambling mate, going sleep earler and do something during daytime rather spend all night at casino. I guess you work in restaurant business right?

Third thing is going to bank open one of them saving plan aacount that you only can put money in but can't get money out for like 12month, 2 years or more depending how you want plan your future.

sigh...just forget about it...gambling is a very bad habit..I am one myself...i lost over 50,000 usd on stocks (daytrade) and about 10000 at vegas playing baccarat...I always thought i can win it all back but i guess not. Same goes for you! let's all stop gambling!!!

to be honest.  it is normal salary when you get over 1000 pounds a month.  as you know it is so expensive for your living standard.  besides most of the chinese people trend to gather in the casico.  ha ha i know it.  i used to be a student in uk.  therefore i know your style.     well if you want to keep gamble.   try the lottery.  it is only one pound.  not too much compare with the casino.  anyway god bless you.
