flash声音会卡下卡下

所有网上影片或听歌，只要是在下载状态就会出现。
或开其它软件甚至开个网页时也会卡下，cpu突然飙升99%，
好像ram不够那样，可是我是4g ram。
已经试过从装flash palyer还是一样。
我是WIN8 x86，上网也搜到很多类似的事件，不过就没明确的解决方法。
各位有办法解决吗？

use win8 x64, can use 4GB ram

i agree with tangyiufung, try to change your window to 64bit and try to increase your ram.if still like this i think need to change your processor already because it cannot catch up with the task even though after increase ram
