I have a very loud computer and the smart fan is not useful
when turned on
CPU FAN 985- 1090 RPM
CHASIS FAN 375 - 400 RPM

SHould I switch my chassis fan directly power connect to the PSU
and buy a new CPU fan and see if smart fan is any better?

atualy amd processor hotter then intel processor,...try check ur motherboard fan or casing fan wether working nicely or not.....

if those fan working in good condition....then add more fan to ur casing it help cooling up
sum times sounds come out from ur casing..try srew tighten ur casing srew see
