请问怎样重装系统

请问怎样重装系统laptop，我要format hard disc,有recover disc.thanks

楼主，我用toshiba laptop,我试用recover disc format harddisc,but half way format until 30%,computer reboot again.I try this few time also can not,I suspect harddisc problem.pls advice.Thanks
