[筆記本電腦] 帮忙一下 WIndow Vista 问题 !!!

WIndow Vista Home Premium 在进window update 时一直在0% 卡着！！！！！！！！！
请问谁知道怎样解决 ??????????

no error msg ~ juz hang at the window only

May you need to install ActiveX .Try Click the Start button, click All Programs, and then click Windows Update
then follow the instruction.

Rename -> C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder then try windows update again.
