6D is a full frame DSLR, 7D is an APS-C Flagship for canon.  Picture Quality 6D should be better (Larger CMOS, better ISO performance) but must use Full-frame lens (EF lens).  However 6D have no speedlite built in, you have to buy one if you need, also High Quality Full frame Lens - L series lens is expensive.
