[求助] 如何设定一个固定的IP Address?

本人使用的是拨号上网方式，就是有User Name及Password的那种（Streamyx 1M)。因为每次都可能拿到不同的IP Address，在众多IP如：
; }+ _. e) G, o9 e& x" S* [! O6 P+ {www.tvboxnow.com. B9 p$ @! b2 q; r# b- N0 }
118.xx.xx.xx, 124.xx.xx.xx, 115.xx.xx.xx, 60.51.xx.xx及60.54.xx.xx的。发现60.54.xx.xx的下载速度最佳，问题是我应该如何设定才能每次都是60.54.xx.xx的呢？tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 N9 b( ^) [( T. M! g- f! m7 W

you can't choose bcos yours one is dynamic IP,not fix IP.
