The ground rule of pretty much all software application is...the newer the better. I'm using 0.71 and it's nice in a way that there is buttons for trackers, peers...etc. For older versions these features are emdedded inside either properties or preferences and you'll have to find them.$ h# ]5 m5 f0 X
