4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juiceTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。! z) U4 p, \" r
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 G3 R4 C. Z0 p$ x: v1 |
Freshly ground black pepper

Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.
