Ever since the proper casino opened, there is hardly any illegal gambling dens.( p( E$ f, [% [2 j0 l( n
So it might be worthwhile for the HK Government to consider to put out a tender to build a proper casino with top class entertainment venues, this may help to attract more tourists, stimulate local business; and close the doors of the illegal gambling too.
