BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb$ F. \6 a( t! r
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' R# `# }8 Q! ]" g4 q# J; u% K
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.. ?) T7 s( h1 _% v9 r
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3 N9 K; w" j9 l/ X* d8 {( ?3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.www.tvboxnow.com. z. B* P* `/ H- G9 R6 M8 {. n
4) The version , you have is not good.
: ?% T5 F) {. K8 |8 J. Ztvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 {' `# `. u5 H2 @4 G
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
