BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 h- C3 r( ^9 W; l: \% r3 i# V
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.www.tvboxnow.com5 f; L  b# W- S" B

4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇& b( K! g! J! n6 t6 h% U' L% u; a
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. , k4 P0 ^4 L* k! }

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
