求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet
9 C- y9 F" L4 j* bbut i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbswww.tvboxnow.com( R* Z" S( P' |  ^
could anyone please tell me how to do it!
