Normally this message pop up is due to you pull out the usb flash drive when it still copying or may be short of electricity supply to the USB flash.  May i know what brand and model of USB flash drive are you using. It looks like your USB flash can't get electricity supply constantly.  Suggest you try to plug into different usb port then try again.
