Delay Write Failure?

I got a delay write failure problem in copy files into my USB flash. It happens occasionally (especially coping > 100 M files), when it happens, coping files are corrupted and I got to re-format my USb flash.

Anyone pls help what it causes and solve this problem???? Pls pls.... Thx. thx.
