Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.4 J3 O8 o, F. X' y
Anyone have suggestion?????

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.
; S5 }$ K& h: Q8 }4 s+ f1 `But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.4 U5 P( r- H7 U
It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!www.tvboxnow.com3 r0 b# p" L7 W, R
Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
$ o! z% V! ^' G  N( z/ atvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3.) Utilize a previous recovery pointtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 T8 W7 n+ D: ^; ^2 Q
4.) Wipe computer
