All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting 3 b% e |0 }0 J* `! u4 Hthat's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT

Bitcomet currently >10KB/sec , before wed it was 100-110KB/sec ; U7 x( X) _* s6 j2 S& a/ I" K5 d公仔箱論壇, g0 _3 }. V% \2 w2 I
Currently use xunlei, better than bitcomet, now i can get speed around 50-70KB/sec, better than nothing

if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
