since u only list lenovo and asus,then we just discuss on these two.

lenovo ideapad y510 definately not recommended.the speaker is not good as asus.it only come with geforce 8600m gt(256mb discrete).plus always remember lenovo idealpad is not lenovo thinkpad,so u cant expect it to be durable as lenovo thinkpad.somemore asus come with 2 years global warranty compare with lenovo idealpad only come with 1 year regional warranty

so the rest is depend on u whether u want 14" or 15.4" screen.ati mobility radeon hd3650 is abit better than geforce 9500m gs
